NDT-MPI Testing

NDT-UT Testing
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is a non-destructive inspection method used to detect internal flaws, measure thickness, and assess material integrity without causing damage. High-frequency sound waves are transmitted into the material, and reflections from discontinuities such as cracks, voids, or inclusions are analyzed to determine their size, location, and nature. Our certified NDT technicians perform UT in accordance with international standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO), using advanced portable ultrasonic flaw detectors. Rocking Motion Test
A rocking test, also known as a tilt clearance test, is a method used to assess the wear on a crane's slewing bearing. It involves measuring the relative movement between the inner and outer bearing races when the crane’s jib is rocked back and forth. This test helps determine if the bearing is within acceptable wear limits and if the crane is safe to operate. It is typically carried out using precision measuring instruments such as dial indicators to ensure accurate readings, with the results compared against the manufacturer’s specifications or relevant industry standards to identify excessive wear.

NDT-RT Testing
Radiographic Testing (RT) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) method used to detect internal flaws, discontinuities, or defects within materials, welds, and components without causing damage. It works by passing a controlled source of radiation—either X-rays or gamma rays—through the test object onto a detection medium such as film or a digital detector. Variations in material density or thickness appear as changes in the resulting image, revealing hidden defects like cracks, porosity, inclusions, or lack of fusion in welds.
